Welcome to fundraisingwreaths.com

Thank you for your interest in Noble Valley Farms fundraising programs. This year marks our 29th season of providing quality seasonal products to help your group meet its financial goals. In 2010, we provided products and services to over 240 groups helping them to earn an estimated $500,000 in net profits. While this averages over $2000 per group, we have several organizations that net over $10,000 from their sales. We currently offer four fundraising programs-Christmas Evergreens, Spring Bedding Plants, Coffee/Hot Cocoa, and a Fall Mum Sale. A secret to our customers’ success is leveraging the annual annuity of these seasonal events. There will always be Christmas, Spring, and Fall, and people enjoy coffee every day.

Noble Valley’s identity has been formed in its unique history. Its founder and current owner, Andy Barrie, grew up selling wreaths to friends, family, and neighbors as a Cub and Boy Scout in Milwaukee. In high school and college, Andy earned extra money unloading trucks of wreaths for Cayuga Industries, later managing the wreath distribution center at State Fair Park in West Allis. Upon graduating from college, Andy opened Northwoods Wreaths in 1982 selling to Chicago area youth groups.
In 1993 we made two strategic decisions. First, we decided to incorporate indoor/outdoor evergreen products made of premium quality Noble Fir into our fundraising product mix. Our groups quickly found out that offering a choice of both indoor and outdoor products increased their gross sale per customer and overall net profit. Noble Valley Farms was created as a new company in Washington State to manufacture the Noble fir products. Bill Nack was brought on as a partner to help run Noble Valley. About the same time, we began to offer a Spring Plant fundraiser. This sale leverages the same customer base that groups sell to for Christmas by offering quality annual and perennial bedding plants.
In working with us you will constantly notice our commitment to quality. We realize that the products you choose to sell support the identity and reputation of your group. For us, quality goes beyond state of the art refrigeration and product inspection. We include accuracy of what was ordered, timely fulfillment of additional orders, and prompt customer support.

Noble Valley Farms has been providing its Christmas Greens fundraiser to Midwest area groups for the last twelve years. Several years ago we began offering a Spring bedding plant sale to enhance your fund raising efforts. We are now opening up this program to all of our local groups. Noble Valley Farms offers the finest quality annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, and specialty items grown just for you in our Michigan greenhouses. All of our products are well priced and our annual flats are oversized 48 count trays offering a great value in the marketplace.

This sale works similar to our Christmas program as we provide color brochures with order forms to assist the pre-ordering process. We offer two types of free color brochures; one for Bedding Plants and the other for Hanging Baskets and Planters. We recommend that you use both brochures to maximize revenues. Using a label you will need to print your group’s suggested retail pricing on each brochure or you can take the brochures to a printer and have them do this for you at a small charge. Your sale can begin in the February/March time frame and continue until the beginning of April. Noble Valley needs your online order by Friday April 9 so we can have your plants ready for a May 14th to 28th delivery to your designated pick-up location. Upon placing your order you can schedule a delivery date and time. Please note, delivery is included in the pricing.

As a special incentive to our groups, this year we are offering a 3% discount on your 2012 wreath order if your group sells at least 150 units this Spring. Also, we are offering a 4% pre-paid option for those groups that can pre-pay their plant order by 2/15/12. The prepay option works just like the Christmas program-No Risk!

If your group is interested in participating, please log on to your account at www.fundraisingwreaths.com as soon as possible to request brochures. Please click on sales tools and include the number of members in your group who will be selling in the comments section. Please call or email me with any questions.

You’ll find that our two sales will complement each other and help you find more customers to support your annual efforts.

Best Regards,

Bill Nack
